This is a great opportunity for your child to receive important dental services right here at school.

Clinic Details

• Who: 1st and 2nd Grade Students ONLY
• When: Monday, October 27 – Friday, October 31, 2025
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily
  • Only 60 student per day
• What: Comprehensive dental services provided by licensed professionals from Orange Blossom Family Health.

Action Required: Consent Forms Due 📝

To ensure your child can participate, you must complete and return the consent form sent home in your child's backpack.

• Consent Form Deadline: Monday, October 20, 2025

No student will be seen without a signed consent form. Please return yours as soon as possible to the front office or your child's teacher!
